Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, is committed to providing thoughtfully designed community experiences, events, gatherings, retreats, travel opportunities, and other offerings.

Because many of our offerings require advance planning, financial commitments, reservations, contracts, vendor payments, and other nonrecoverable expenses, refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific membership, event, travel experience, retreat, activity, or offering.

By submitting payment to Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC or registering for an applicable offering, participants acknowledge and agree to the refund, cancellation, payment, and participation terms provided at the time of registration or purchase.

Membership Fees

Membership fees, when applicable, are subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees already paid are nonrefundable once the applicable membership period or access to membership benefits has begun.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically entitle the member to a full or partial refund of fees previously paid.

Memberships and membership fees are non-transferable and may not be assigned, gifted, sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual.

Events, Gatherings & Activities

Registration fees and payments for events, gatherings, activities, and special experiences may be refundable, partially refundable, creditable, or nonrefundable depending on the specific offering.

The applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated through registration materials, event information, invoices, payment requests, agreements, or other written communications associated with the offering.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before registering or submitting payment.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, event registrations, reservations, payments, and participation rights are non-transferable.

Retreats & Travel Experiences

Deposits, installment payments, reservation payments, and other amounts paid toward retreats and travel experiences may be nonrefundable or subject to specific cancellation terms.

DS&P Ladies™ travel experiences may require advance payments and financial commitments to independent third-party providers, including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, restaurants, venues, and other vendors.

Once payments have been committed or paid to third-party providers, Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC may be unable to recover or refund those amounts.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the specific terms provided for the applicable retreat or travel experience, the timing of the cancellation, financial commitments already made, and the policies of applicable third-party providers.

Retreat and travel registrations, reservations, deposits, installment payments, and participation rights are non-transferable unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Deposits & Payment Plans

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits used to reserve participation, accommodations, space, services, or other arrangements may be nonrefundable.

Participants enrolled in a payment plan are responsible for making payments according to the established payment schedule and applicable terms.

Failure to make required payments by established deadlines may result in cancellation of participation, loss of reservation, or forfeiture of amounts previously paid, subject to the terms applicable to the specific offering.

Deposits, installment payments, payment plans, reservations, and amounts previously paid are non-transferable and may not be assigned, gifted, sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual or applied to another participant.

Participant Cancellations

Participants who wish to cancel their participation should provide written notice as soon as reasonably possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee eligibility for a refund or credit.

Memberships, registrations, reservations, deposits, payments, and participation rights are non-transferable unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Any refund or credit, if available, will be determined according to the specific terms applicable to the membership, event, retreat, travel experience, activity, or other offering.

The inability of a participant to attend, travel, participate, or otherwise use a purchased membership, registration, reservation, event, retreat, travel experience, or other offering does not automatically create a right to a refund or credit.

Non-Transferable Payments & Reservations

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, all memberships, registrations, reservations, deposits, payments, event participation, retreat bookings, travel arrangements, and other purchases are non-transferable.

Participants may not sell, assign, gift, exchange, or transfer their membership, registration, reservation, payment, or participation rights to another individual.

The inability of a participant to attend, travel, participate, or otherwise use a purchased membership, registration, reservation, event, retreat, travel experience, or other offering does not create a right to transfer the purchase or amounts paid to another individual or future offering.

Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Credits

Credits toward future offerings are not guaranteed and will be considered only when expressly permitted by the terms applicable to the specific membership, event, retreat, travel experience, activity, or other offering.

Any approved credit must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC and may be subject to expiration dates, administrative requirements, vendor restrictions, additional costs, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, approved credits are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual to whom the credit was originally issued.

Cancellations or Changes by DS&P Ladies™

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, substitute elements of, or cancel an event, activity, retreat, travel experience, or other offering when reasonably necessary.

If an offering is canceled by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, participants will be informed of the options available based on the circumstances, which may include a refund, partial refund, credit, rescheduling, or another appropriate resolution.

Any available resolution may take into consideration nonrecoverable expenses, contractual obligations, third-party vendor policies, and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Third-Party Providers

Certain services associated with DS&P Ladies™ offerings are provided by independent third parties.

Refunds for payments made directly to third-party providers are governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC is not responsible for the refund practices, cancellation policies, acts, omissions, or financial obligations of independent third-party providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Events, retreats, travel experiences, activities, and other offerings may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, travel restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, venue closures, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.

Refunds, credits, or other resolutions under such circumstances will be determined based on the specific situation, applicable contractual obligations, amounts recoverable from third-party providers, and the terms associated with the applicable offering.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the original payment method, financial institution, payment processor, and other administrative factors.

Approved refunds may be reduced by nonrecoverable expenses, processing charges, administrative costs, third-party fees, or other amounts when permitted by the terms applicable to the offering and applicable law.

Unless otherwise expressly approved in writing, refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser and through the original payment method when reasonably practicable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants are encouraged to contact Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC directly regarding payment questions, cancellations, or refund concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual or payment obligations associated with a membership, registration, reservation, event, retreat, travel experience, or other offering.

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to provide applicable records, agreements, payment documentation, communications, and other relevant information to financial institutions or payment processors when responding to payment disputes.

Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy or to the refund, cancellation, credit, or non-transferability terms of a specific offering must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Verbal statements or informal communications do not modify the terms of this Refund Policy or the specific terms applicable to an offering unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

Policy Priority

Specific refund, cancellation, credit, payment, non-transferability, or participation terms provided for a particular membership, event, retreat, travel experience, activity, or offering will control if those specific terms differ from this general Refund Policy.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms before registering, reserving space, or submitting payment.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy as organizational offerings, operations, contractual requirements, or applicable laws and regulations evolve.

Updated versions may be posted on the DS&P Ladies™ website with a revised effective date.

Changes to this general Refund Policy will not retroactively alter specific contractual rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed.
