Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, was founded by Pia Copeland and developed under her vision, leadership, and direction.

Contributions, collaborations, volunteer service, content assistance, or platform support provided by others do not, by themselves, establish co-founder status, ownership interest, or rights in the organization or its intellectual property.

Vision Origin Statement

The vision that led to the creation of DS&P Ladies™ originated with Pia Copeland and was shared by her as early as 2016. That vision continued to develop over time and ultimately led to the establishment of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC and the community publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™.

Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

Names, trademarks, logos, original written content, program materials, community structures, designs, and other intellectual property associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, DS&P Ladies™, and The House of Gemz™ are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned or used under authority of their respective legal owners.

The DS&P Foundation, Inc. is a separate legal entity. Intellectual property associated with the Foundation is owned, licensed, or used as authorized by The DS&P Foundation, Inc. and should not be represented as the personal property of Pia Copeland solely because she is its Founder & President.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited except with prior written authorization or as otherwise permitted by law.
