Membership & Participation

Participation in DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™ is voluntary.

Members and participants are expected to engage respectfully, responsibly, and in a manner consistent with the values of faith, sisterhood, integrity, respect, resilience, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to establish and enforce reasonable community standards, participation requirements, event guidelines, and codes of conduct designed to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of the community and its participants.

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in restricted participation, removal from an event or community space, suspension, or termination of participation, as appropriate.

Registration, Fees & Payments

Membership fees, event costs, travel payments, deposits, and other charges are due according to the terms, deadlines, and payment schedules provided at the time of registration, reservation, or purchase.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all applicable pricing, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and other requirements before submitting payment.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and transfers are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and any additional terms provided for a specific event, retreat, travel experience, or offering.

Events, Retreats & Travel Experiences

Participation in events, retreats, travel experiences, gatherings, and activities may be subject to additional terms, waivers, acknowledgments, deadlines, eligibility requirements, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and participation guidelines.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with all requirements associated with their participation.

Travel experiences may involve independent third-party providers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, venues, and other service providers. These providers operate independently and may maintain their own terms, policies, restrictions, and requirements.

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, service disruptions, cancellations, delays, or performance of independent third-party providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Participation in events, activities, retreats, travel experiences, wellness activities, and other offerings may involve inherent risks.

By voluntarily participating, individuals acknowledge and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with their chosen activities and participation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC and its authorized representatives are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, delays, disruptions, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers.

Photography, Video & Media

Photography, video recording, or other media capture may occur during DS&P Ladies™ events, gatherings, retreats, travel experiences, and activities.

Any use of participant images, recordings, testimonials, or other media for promotional, marketing, editorial, or organizational purposes will be governed by applicable consent requirements, releases, notices, and laws.

Information and content provided through the DS&P Ladies™ website, online community, social media channels, events, resources, and other communications are provided for general informational, educational, inspirational, and community engagement purposes.
