Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, has developed a distinctive brand identity, community structure, original content, programs, experiences, and creative materials that reflect the organization’s vision, values, and purpose.

This Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Policy explains the protection, permitted use, and restrictions applicable to intellectual property owned or lawfully used by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Protected Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

The intellectual property associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC may include, without limitation:

💎 Business names, brand names, trademarks, service marks, logos, taglines, slogans, and other brand identifiers.

💎 The names DS&P Ladies™ and The House of Gemz™, and other names, marks, and identifiers owned or lawfully used by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

💎 Original written content, website copy, articles, publications, newsletters, devotionals, educational materials, presentations, guides, workbooks, journals, and other written works.

💎 Original graphics, designs, layouts, photographs, videos, digital media, promotional materials, marketing materials, and other creative works.

💎 Community concepts, program materials, event materials, chapter names, initiative names, campaign names, and other original branded materials to the extent protected by applicable law.

💎 Membership materials, community resources, training materials, event concepts, retreat materials, travel materials, planning documents, and other proprietary content.

💎 Digital content shared through websites, social media platforms, online communities, email communications, publications, and other channels.

These materials may be protected by applicable trademark, copyright, trade secret, contract, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

Ownership & Authorized Use

Intellectual property associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, is owned or lawfully used by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC or the applicable legal rights holder.

Nothing on the Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC website, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, within the community, at events, or in organizational materials grants any individual or organization an ownership interest, license, or other right to use protected intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Participation as a member, volunteer, contractor, collaborator, speaker, guest, vendor, sponsor, partner, or event participant does not, by itself, create ownership rights in Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, or any protected intellectual property associated with the organization.

Founder & Brand History

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC was founded by Pia Copeland and developed under her vision, leadership, and direction.

Contributions, collaborations, volunteer service, content assistance, administrative support, platform assistance, or other participation by individuals or organizations do not, by themselves, establish co-founder status, shared ownership, authorship, trademark rights, copyright ownership, or other intellectual property rights.

Ownership and intellectual property rights are determined according to applicable law and any valid written agreements governing the creation, assignment, or use of specific materials.

Trademarks & Brand Names

Names, logos, slogans, taglines, and other brand identifiers associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, may be protected by applicable trademark and unfair competition laws.

The use of the ™ symbol identifies certain names, phrases, or brand elements claimed or used as trademarks. Use of the ™ symbol does not necessarily indicate federal trademark registration.

No individual, business, organization, or other entity may use protected brand names, logos, trademarks, or confusingly similar identifiers in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or association with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Copyrighted & Original Content

Original written, visual, photographic, video, digital, educational, editorial, and creative content associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, may be protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, displayed, transmitted, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC or the applicable legal rights holder.

Limited quotations, references, or other uses permitted under applicable law are not prohibited by this Policy.

Community, Program & Chapter Materials

Participation in the Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC community, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, may provide individuals with access to community content, resources, discussions, materials, activities, programs, chapters, and experiences.

Access to these materials is provided for authorized personal and community participation purposes.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing, individuals may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, repurpose, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative materials from protected Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC content.

Photographs, Videos & Media

Photographs, videos, recordings, graphics, and other media created, commissioned, or lawfully obtained by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC may be protected intellectual property.

Members, participants, contributors, speakers, photographers, vendors, collaborators, and other third parties may retain rights in original content they create unless those rights have been assigned, transferred, or otherwise addressed through a written agreement or applicable law.

Submission of content to Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC unless a valid agreement or applicable terms provide otherwise.

When permission is granted to use third-party content, such use will be governed by the applicable authorization, agreement, or law.

Prohibited Uses

Unless otherwise authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, prohibited uses may include:

💎 Selling, distributing, or commercially exploiting protected content or materials.

💎 Removing or altering copyright notices, trademark symbols, credits, watermarks, or other ownership identifiers.

💎 Misrepresenting oneself as a founder, owner, authorized representative, partner, chapter leader, spokesperson, or agent of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

💎 Using protected intellectual property in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized manner.

Permission Requests

Individuals or organizations seeking permission to use protected intellectual property associated with Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House™ of Gemz™, should submit a written request before using the applicable materials.

Requests should clearly identify the material requested, the intended use, where the material will appear, the duration of the proposed use, and whether the use is personal, educational, charitable, promotional, or commercial.

Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Reporting Suspected Unauthorized Use

Enforcement & Remedies

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to protect its legitimate intellectual property and brand interests through appropriate measures.

Depending on the circumstances, such measures may include requesting removal or correction of unauthorized materials, issuing cease-and-desist communications, reporting infringement to applicable platforms or service providers, pursuing contractual remedies, or seeking other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy guarantees that enforcement action will be taken in every circumstance.

The DS&P Foundation, Inc.

The DS&P Foundation, Inc. is a separate legal entity from Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC.

Intellectual property associated with The DS&P Foundation, Inc. is owned or lawfully used by The DS&P Foundation, Inc. or the applicable legal rights holder.

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as establishing ownership by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC or Pia Copeland of intellectual property legally owned by The DS&P Foundation, Inc.

Any authorized collaboration or shared use of intellectual property between Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC and The DS&P Foundation, Inc. should be governed by applicable written agreements, permissions, policies, and laws.

No Waiver of Rights

Failure by Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC to enforce any provision of this Policy or to take immediate action regarding suspected unauthorized use does not constitute a waiver of any applicable intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

Changes to This Policy

Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Policy as its brand, operations, offerings, intellectual property portfolio, or applicable legal requirements evolve.

Updated versions may be posted on the Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC website, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™, with a revised effective date.
