Founder’s Story

The heart of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC™ began long before there was a name, a logo, or a formal organization.

It began as a vision carried in the heart of Pia Copeland — a dream of creating a faith-centered space where women could feel seen, supported, encouraged, and reminded of their God-given worth.

As early as 2016, Pia openly shared her desire to build a women’s sisterhood rooted in connection, healing, purpose, and personal growth. She envisioned a sanctuary where women across generations could gather, exhale, rediscover their brilliance, and rise together.

Years later, that long-held vision began to take visible shape through something beautifully simple: three friends who could not find time to connect.

Busy schedules, family responsibilities, careers, and life’s many demands made it difficult to nurture the meaningful sisterhood they cherished. To restore that connection, Pia planned a small getaway to help her close circle regroup mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Wanting to make the moment even more meaningful, she invited additional close friends — and her daughters — on a rejuvenating trip to the Dominican Republic.

What happened next was unexpected… and divinely aligned.

That intimate gathering blossomed into something much greater than a weekend escape. Women laughed, rested, bonded, shared stories, and formed the kind of genuine connection Pia had envisioned for years.

From the long-standing dream she had carried and faithfully voiced over time, a movement began to rise.

Today, Pia serves as the visionary Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC™, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™ — a faith-centered, purpose-driven community uplifting women across generations.

Under her leadership, DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™ has evolved into a radiant sanctuary where women are encouraged to grow in faith, strengthen their confidence, embrace authentic sisterhood, and walk boldly in purpose.
