Under her leadership, DS&P Ladies™ has grown into a vibrant, faith-rooted women’s community centered on authentic sisterhood, meaningful connection, personal and leadership development, wellness, faith-centered inspiration, thoughtfully designed gatherings, curated travel, and enriching experiences.

Pia’s vision extends beyond creating a place for women to connect. She is committed to cultivating a sisterhood where women feel seen, valued, celebrated, and encouraged not only to flourish in their own lives, but also to use their wisdom, talents, experiences, compassion, and influence to help others rise.

In addition to her leadership of DS&P Ladiesâ„¢, Pia is the Founder & President of The DS&P Foundation, Inc., a separate faith-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls, strengthening families, and advancing wellness, education, and community impact.

Through her leadership of two distinct organizations, Pia remains committed to building meaningful connections, creating opportunities, encouraging service, and cultivating a lasting legacy of faith, purpose, generosity, and impact.

Founder’s Story

The heart of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC began long before there was a name, a logo, or a formal organization.

It began as a vision carried in the heart of Pia Copeland—a dream of creating a faith-centered space where women could feel seen, supported, encouraged, and reminded of their God-given worth.

As early as 2016, Pia openly shared her desire to build a women’s sisterhood rooted in faith, authentic connection, personal growth, healing, and purpose. She envisioned a welcoming space where women across generations could gather, exhale, share wisdom, embrace new possibilities, and encourage one another through every season of life.

For years, that vision remained close to her heart while life, family, career, and personal experiences continued to shape her understanding of what meaningful sisterhood could become.

In 2023, the vision began to take shape through a gathering of women in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. What began as an opportunity to reconnect, rest, and enjoy meaningful time together became something far greater—a powerful reminder of what can happen when women are given the space to connect authentically, share their stories, celebrate life, and support one another.

From that experience, and from the long-held vision Pia had carried for years, Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies was born.

Today, Pia serves as the visionary Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC, publicly known as DS&P Ladies™ | The House of Gemz™—a faith-rooted women’s community bringing together women across generations through authentic sisterhood, personal growth, wellness, meaningful experiences, curated travel, service, and purpose.

Under her leadership, DS&P Ladiesâ„¢ continues to grow as a community where women are encouraged to strengthen meaningful connections, broaden their horizons, embrace personal growth, celebrate every season of life, and use their wisdom, experiences, talents, and influence to help others rise.

What began as a whisper in one woman’s heart has become a growing sisterhood shaped by faith, strengthened through connection, and inspired by the belief that every woman has value, purpose, and something meaningful to contribute.
