Refund Policy
DS&P Ladies is the community brand of Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
We carefully plan our events, programs, and travel experiences based on the number of committed participants. For this reason:
- All Payments Are Non-Refundable. Deposits, event fees, and program payments cannot be refunded once submitted.
- Membership Fees (If Applicable): Should DS&P Ladies introduce paid membership in the future, membership fees will also be non-refundable once processed.
Why This Policy Exists
Quotes for venues, travel, accommodations, and group activities are secured based on the total number of registered attendees. If a member cancels—even weeks in advance—the per-person cost for remaining participants increases, impacting the entire group experience.
Cancellations by DS&P Ladies
In the rare case that DS&P Ladies must cancel an event or program, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to apply credit toward a future event.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By registering for a membership, event, or program with DS&P Ladies (Diamond, Sapphire & Pearl Ladies LLC), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You further agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
