The DS&P Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.

Our programs include:

The Foundation reserves the right to decline participation to protect the integrity of programs.

All logos, text, graphics, and media are property of The DS&P Foundation, Inc.

They may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation is not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from participation in activities

  • Losses caused by user error or misuse

  • Third-party service failures

  • Website interruptions or inaccuracies
